These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Paachu AB. (“we,” “Tandem,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of paachu.com (the “Website”) and our Mobile Apps ("Paachu"). Your access to and use of the Website and our Mobile Apps is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website and our Mobile Apps.
By accessing or using the Website you agree that you have read and understand these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access or use the Website and our Mobile Apps. The Website may provide access to one or more service portals, each of which require an additional registration and is subject to additional terms and conditions.

Paachu is a software platform for managing rental properties, tracking rent, and organizing tenant information.
Paachu does not own or manage properties and acts only as a tool.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Paachu.
3. User Responsibilities

- Use the platform lawfully
- Only upload data you have the right to use
- Maintain accurate financial records
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal or fraudulent activity
- No harassment or abuse
- No system interference or hacking
- No misuse of personal data
5. Payments
Paachu does not process or handle payments.
The platform only helps you track payments, generate receipts, and send reminders.
All payments happen outside Paachu between landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure records are accurate
- Confirm payments independently
- Resolve disputes directly
6. Data Protection
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
8. Liability
Paachu is not responsible for disputes, financial losses, or incorrect data entered by users.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
